AWhat Should I Wear?
Dress is not an issue, since you will undress, according to your personal comfort level, before covering yourself with the sheet and blanket on the massage table.
How Long is the Massage?
Appointment times are typically one hour, although we do offer 60 and 120 minute appointments.
Will My Insurance Pay for Massage?
Personal Injury Protection under you auto insurance will cover treatment IF you get a prescription from a doctor, and if you have not waived such insurance when purchasing your policy.
Labor and Industries will cover massage therapy with a prescription from your doctor.
Does my medical insurance cover massage? You can call your insurance and use this document to aid you in finding out if your medical insurance covers massage treatment.
What medical insurance do you accept?
- All Auto Insurances – also called Personal Injury Protection or P.I.P. (under your auto insurance plan)
- L&I – on the job injury insurance, covered by the employer’s Labor and Industry insurance.
- Private Worker’s Comp. Insurance
- Out of Network – if you have out of network coverage on your insurance plan we can bill directly to your insurance company.
- Self Pay – you may be able to use your HSA card. Check with your HSA plan.
Can you create superbills?
- Yes, we can email you superbills that you can send to your insurance for reimbursement.
- Insurances we an create superbills for: Aetna, American Family Insurance, American National Insurance, AmeriHealth, Anthem, Asuris Northwest Heath, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Centene, Cigna, Humana, Kaiser Permanente, Molina Healthcare, Regence, United Healthcare, and more.
